These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on the Terre Ugo online store operated by AIX LAVANDE. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all orders placed through the Terre Ugo online store.
They supersede any prior version and may be updated at any time.
The Terms in force at the time of your order apply.

  • All products offered online are subject to availability.

  • Product descriptions, photos, and details are provided for informational purposes only.

  • Slight variations may occur due to natural material differences or screen display variations.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will email you with options for replacement, refund, or cancellation.

4. Prices

  • All prices are listed in euros (€).

  • French and EU orders include VAT according to applicable laws.

  • International orders (non-EU) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by local authorities. These are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on destination, weight, and chosen delivery method.

Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders remain valid.

5. Ordering Process

To place an order, the customer must:

  1. Add products to the cart

  2. Review the order summary

  3. Provide billing, delivery, and contact details

  4. Accept these Terms of Sale

  5. Complete payment

  6. Receive an order confirmation email

Order confirmation emails act as proof of the contract between the customer and AIX LAVANDE.

6. Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.

Payments must be made in full at checkout.
AIX LAVANDE reserves the right to refuse orders in cases of fraud suspicion or unpaid history.

European Union (27 countries)

Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

Estimated delivery: 6–12 business days

Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile)

Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days

Asia & Oceania (Japan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand)

Shipping Disclaimer

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen factors.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information.

  • AIX LAVANDE is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

8. Transfer of Ownership & Risk

Ownership transfers to the customer once payment is completed.

Risk transfers:

  • EU customers: upon physical delivery to the customer

  • Non-EU customers: when the parcel is handed over to the international carrier (Incoterms DAP — Delivered at Place)

9. Withdrawal Rights (EU Customers)

EU customers have 14 days from the delivery date to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Custom or personalized products

To exercise this right, customers must notify us via email at info@terreugo.com.

10. Refunds & Returns

Products must be returned:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

  • Within the timeframe listed in the Return Policy

Return shipping costs may apply depending on the situation.

11. Legal Guarantees

Customers benefit from the following mandatory protections under French law:

Legal Guarantee of Conformity (2 years)

If a product is defective or does not match its description.

Guarantee Against Hidden Defects

When a hidden issue makes the product unfit for normal use.

These rights apply independently of any commercial warranty.

12. Liability

AIX LAVANDE is not responsible for:

  • Improper or unintended use of the products

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to natural ingredients

  • Damage occurring after delivery

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors

  • Website availability interruptions

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or mandatory legal obligations.
