Unlike refined white salt, Lavender Pink Salt does not undergo intensive processing. It therefore retains its natural structure and trace elements.

It notably contains iron, magnesium, and potassium. These minerals give it its pink hue and a milder flavor.
As a result, it offers a more natural alternative to regular salt.

We also select lavandin from organic farming. We grow this plant without pesticides or synthetic chemicals.
